AC 36100 - Intermediate Accounting II (3) This course will continue to build skills and knowledge necessary to understand and apply Financial Accounting Standards in preparing financial statements. Contents include: accounting for payroll, current liabilities, long-term liabilities, and stockholders equity. Emphasis will be placed on reporting issues and concepts. Topics also covered: controversial issues in accounting for complex transactions such as stock options, warrants, earnings per share, and financial statement analysis. Offered Fall.
