BA 45800 - Strategic Leadership (3) This course examines leadership theories and practices as related to effective management in diverse organizations and cultures. This is an experiential course that enables the student to examine several leadership styles, traits and behaviors. Topics include self-awareness, managing stress, building relationships, gaining power and influence, and motivating others. Strategic intelligence will be presented, and students will have the opportunity to use this skill in problem solving. Students will learn the importance of effective execution of an organization’s strategy. Offered Fall/Spring. Professional Competencies: L; HR; MOC; LE; WOC.
