SC 20000 - Introduction to Environmental Studies(4)
Students will be exposed to general principles related to the following topics: species and habitats of conservation concern, human environmental history, environmental issues and environmental data on the web, the economy and environment, and sustainability of one’s personal life. Understanding within each area will be approached through individual investigations within each topic, followed by presentations, in written and oral formats, of each investigation’s results. Satisfies the Sophomore Seminar GUR. Offered Spring.
