Strategies for Effective Writing offers intensive practice in the writing process for any student seeking to improve written communication. Students gain enhanced awareness of writing and thinking patterns that can increase efficiency in developing a main message; gathering information and using it ethically; and drafting, revising and editing with an audience in mind. Can be taken concurrently with LL 10100. Can be repeated once.  Offered: fall and spring. Competencies: EC.
