ED 34400 - Teaching Methods: Health and Physical Movement Education (3) Examination of the knowledge, behaviors, skills, and attitudes necessary to teach Physical Movement Education in grades K-8. Emphasis on content areas, teacher roles, methods of instruction, growth and development issues, and the importance of comprehensive school health education. A public school practicum/field placement provides an opportunity to observe and participate in health and physical education/movement. Prerequisite: ED 21400 . Offered Fall.
