MBA 64200 - Marketing and Social Media (3) This course develops the techniques and strategies for marketing in a global and technologically changing environment. It examines the traditional areas of planning, pricing, promotion, and product and brand management. It also includes the impacts of social media and globalization on the development of marketing strategy. Included are understanding the possibilities and challenges raised by new distribution channels, customer feedback loops, customer/employee/owner loyality mechanisms, and overall strategy development and communications processes with increasingly technologically mediated organizations.
