The Environmental Policy minor is open to students from all majors. A wide array of federal and state government agencies and nonprofit organizations are in search of employees who understand the complexity of environmental problems and are knowledgeable about environmental permitting, policy, law, and regulations. The Environmental Policy minor is intended to provide a foundation in the complex interaction of the scientific, legal, ethical, political, environmental, and socio-economic issues that surround a student’s chosen major.
