BA 36300 - Business Systems Thinking (3) This course is designed to provide students a solid understanding of systems thinking in organizations. Students will learn to see business organizations in terms of its interconnected human, technical, and environmental parts. The course introduces students to how a technology-focused organization creates systems with interconnected structures, processes and people. Students will learn to create and use data and process floor chart tools to document, understand, and improve organizational functions. Students will learn how to select and implement systems appropriate for a business; design and-implement business processes; and develop and use internal controls.
