BA 45400 - Organizational Development

(3) This course introduces students to behavioral science theories and how they are used to develop strategies for planned change in organizations. Students will learn to use tools of intervention to prepare self and others and to develop high performing work teams for innovation and growth. Offered Fall/Spring.
