MBA 62300 - Valuation
(2) This course will examine a variety of valuation methodologies, including income approaches, asset-based approaches, and market approaches. Specific focus will be on the discounted cash flow analysis and selection of appropriate discount rates. Students will examine concrete valuation cases to put valuation theory into practice. The course will address both public and privately held companies. Prerequisite: MBA 61800 . Offered Spring or as needed.
