MBA 62500 - Organization Development(3)
An examination of the theory and practice of change processes in organizations, this course will pay special attention to the planning and management of change. Globalization, technological advances and community expectations all impact the nature of work and how organizations are designed. Students will examine the constraints and opportunities of sustainability in organizations and the roles leaders play in fostering innovation, and determining the timing and rate of growth.
