MBA 63900 - Health Services Evaluation & Outcomes (3) Offers quantitative methods in health services management to allow the administrator to evaluate programs and services for their effectiveness and efficiencies. Topics include: cost-benefit analysis, activity analysis, outcome assessment, designing of program evaluations, and reporting results. Tools will be provided to measure the magnitude of problems posed by different diseases, determine what health services are affected by the problems, and identify ways to eliminate or mediate the conditions while improving prevention and treatment. Prerequisites: MBA 61800 Financial Statement Analysis , MBA 62400 Managerial Economics , and MBA 65200 Business Analytics . Offered Fall or as needed.
