NUR 33000 - Pathopharmacology III (2) This course builds on previous concepts to prepare students to transition to the role of a registered nurse. Pathophysiological concepts will be applied to the care of the client with a critical condition. Emphasis will be placed on recognition, interpretation, and prioritization of pathophysiological responses to pharmacological interventions for clients with a critical condition. Alternative and complimentary therapies will be explored. This course is designed to be taken as a co-requisite to NUR 38500: Med/Surg II: Care of the Client with a Critical Condition. Prerequisites: Admission to the ADN program, NUR 20000, NUR 26500, NUR 20500, and NUR27500 Offered: Fall.
