BA 40300 - Metrics and Risk Management
(1) Supporting a call for action, managing change, or implementing and measuring strategic goals requires a sound understanding of business metrics. Students will learn about organizational level planning, modeling uncertainty and forecasting for decision making. Capital and operational finance will be introduced. Day-to-day budget management will be examined and linked to broader organizational metrics, department level planning, management, and operations. Tools for risk management will be introduced. Prerequisite: must be junior or senior.
